The rest of the experience went just as good. I needed to have my trucked looked at for some recall issues. I dropped my truck of after hours as Chris instructed. The next morning he called to let me know that they were starting the work and gave me a run down of what they be doing. He told me that it would be done that day for me to pick up. He even offered to take it over to Vernal for me if I needed. Inside the truck I found relevant paperwork and a thank you note.

I went to L & L Motor Company to look for a new vehicle. I am so impressed by the level of service they provided. In less than 3 hours, they valued my trade, I took a test-drive, filled out all the finance paperwork, and signed for my new car. Rory and Tyler were so helpful throughout the whole process. Will not be going back to L&L. Horrible offers on trade in. Has to have a tranny put in another truck they raised the price of the parts when I told them not to put other parts in they did anyway. Also paid some money up front and was told it would be deducted out of total Bill and I felt like they would try to hide money somewhere and they didn't disappoint they sure did horrible horrible horrible
Service was great thank you Alex for your honesty and integrity in dealing with me and fixing my F150 I have driven Ford trucks for over forty years and never had this problem. Thank you so very much in listening to me trying to tell you the noises I was hearing. Thanks.
The people here are soooo kimd and helpful. My husband and I are on a vacation with our 2 small dogs and they helped us and were done with our truck im 30 minutes!! Thank you so much for the awesome service and kindness and fast service you gave us!! Highly recommended!!!!!
First impression of customer service was excellent. Jasmine answered the phone and was friendly and polite. I was transferred to Chris in service who just as courteous. He was also very helpful in with my questions and scheduling an appointment. This may not seem like much to report, but finding staff at a dealership, particularly in the service dept, that is friendly and makes an effort to sound like they care, is rare, at least in my experience. I plan to report back on the rest of the experience when it's all done. But so far I am impressed!
